Selling Residential Property?

Selling a Property in Negative Equity?

Selling an Investment Property?

Negative Equity
If your investment property is mortgaged and in negative equity, the consent of your lender will be required in advance of a sale and each lender has it’s own particular application process that you will have to go through to obtain the lender’s consent.  We support and guide you through this process.

Tenancies
If your property is let we advise you in relation to the tenancy – which must be terminated in advance of any proposed sale.

Capital Gains Tax
